WORKINGTON store Debenhams will be using the empty Civvy Street shop to sell off surplus stock, taking over the Risman Place building from Monday.
Town centre manager Dave Fletcher saidthat Debenhams would hold the sale to help get rid of left-over sale items. He said: “This is a one-off event but Debenhams needed extra space.”
“They are set to start selling their winter collection soon and need to get rid of what is left.
“The sale will mean people can get clothes for any age range at very cheap prices.”
Last year Bon Marche used the Classic Cumbria Cafe for a similar sale.
