TRANSPORT provision for fans of the Maryport Blues Festival has been increased for this year’s event.
For the third year running, transport has been organised between Maryport and local towns.
New this year are coaches from Silloth and Allonby.
Return journeys are available on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 25 to 27, between Carlisle, Egremont-Whitehaven and Kes-wick, with drop-offs en route, in addition to Silloth.
Full details of routes and timetables can be found on the festival website at www.maryportblues.com and tickets are available from the Carnegie Theatre and the Festival Office.
Trains and buses will also be running over the weekend.
Camping space is still available, but other accommodation in Maryport is now limi-ted.
