Hodgson wins his first title

STEVEN Hodgson (HRBL A) is the new Harrington Darts individual champion.
Hodgson beat Gary Linford (Lowca ARLC) 4-2 in the final during which he had two 180s plus finishes of 120 and 158 which also gave him the best checkout of the season and the most 180s in a season.
In playing darts for nearly 30 years it was his first individual title and he is playing the best darts of his life at the moment.
Dean Hodgson (DARLC) beat I Wilson (HRBL A) to win the Captain’s Cup.
HRBL A made it a winning double when they defeated Lowca ARLC A in the TKO final to add to the A league championship.
DARLC won the Banksy Cup. They came from behind to beat the Black Chicken in the final.
Kevin Parker (HRBL A) won the averages with a plus 28 average for the season.
Golden Lion A were runners-up in the A league. Lowca Welfare won the B league with the Ant Hill Mob runners-up.
Presentation night is tomorrow at the Lowca Welfare. Entry is £4 on the door and entertainment is by popular local duo Back to Back.
